 Hotel Hebrides is a
complete refurbishment
of an existing hotel in Tarbert, which provides a boutique
style hotel offering quality accommodation.
It is anticipated by the proprietors that
the hotel, when inspected, will receive a four star award.
You should expect to relax during your stay
in individually appointed bedrooms and top quality king size
beds.
The restaurant combines modern
Scottish cuisine with French influences. We are working hard to create
a unique
culinary destination restaurant that will give the produce from the
Outer Hebrides the recognition it deserves.
As an alternative to the restaurant, the
‘Mote’ is popular with locals and overnight guests
alike
and features an extensive lunch and dinner menu. You can surf
the
net for free, meet the locals, catch a Traditional Scottish Music or
rock session and maybe even pick up a bit of Gaelic. This is the
life…Island style.
The quaint village of Tarbert makes an
ideal
setting for our restaurant coupled with picturesque scenery and views
out to sea, fantastic walks and some of the most beautiful beaches in
the world.
