Price Group 5 and Special Collection

Hotel Hebrides is a complete refurbishment of an existing hotel in Tarbert. It’s now a luxurious hotel offering quality accommodation and awarded four stars by VisitScotland.

Hotel Hebrides intimate boutique hotel on the Isle of Harris

You should find it easy to relax during your stay in  individually appointed bedrooms and top quality beds at Hotel Hebrides. Rooms are available in price group 5 and in our Select Collection.

The quaint village of Tarbert makes an ideal setting for the Hotel Hebrides. There’s picturesque scenery and views out to sea, excellent walks and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are nearby.

Tarbert’s small shops, bank, ferry terminal and bus stops are right at the doorstep. The beaches of the west Harris coast are around fifteen minutes drive and the north Harris hills are about four miles to the north.

Accommodation at Hotel Hebrides

At Hotel Hebrides rooms are decorated in designer style, with superb ensuite faciliies.

Lie in comfort on your luxurious king- sized bed, watch a DVD on your state of the art television, take a long soak in a bath filled with your favourite bath oil and keep in touch with the office via the free wi-fi connection in your room.

The deluxe rooms are in price group 5 and, without any additional charge, we also feature them in our Select Collection.

The restaurant combines modern Scottish cuisine with French influences. Hotel Hebrides staff are working hard to create a unique culinary destination restaurant that will give the produce from the Outer Hebrides the recognition it deserves.

As an alternative to the restaurant, the ‘Mote’ is popular with locals and overnight guests alike. It features an extensive  lunch and dinner menu. You can surf the net for free, meet the locals, catch a traditional Scottish music or rock session and maybe even pick up a bit of Gaelic. This is the life…Island style.

“Excellent Quality Hotel – We only spent 1 night here, but wished we could have stayed longer. Everything was first class – friendly staff; clean, well-equipped, and beautifully furnished rooms; quality toiletries in the shower rooms; fantastic breakfasts (especially good black pudding!); great pub food. Would thoroughly recommend this as a great base to use while exploring Harris and Lewis.” – a TripAdvisor reviewer.
